How to Get Started
Everything you need to enroll your practice in the Mortensen Medical Research Network and begin contributing to observational peptide research.
Joining PeptidePure™ as a credentialed clinician gives you access to wholesale peptide pricing, IRB-approved observational protocols, and the clinical data infrastructure of the Mortensen Medical Research Network (MMRN). Follow the steps below to get fully onboarded.
Create Your Clinician Account
Register at peptidepure.com/account with your professional email. You will be asked to provide your NPI number, state license number, and credential type (MD, DO, PA-C, NP, ND, etc.).
- Upload a copy of your state medical license during registration.
- Your application is reviewed within 1–2 business days.
- Upon approval, you will receive a welcome email with your wholesale access credentials.
Review the IRB Protocol
All clinicians who order through PeptidePure™ are invited (not required) to enroll in the IRB-approved Mortensen Medical Research Network observational registry under Protocol MMRN-001-2025.
- Download and review the full protocol document below.
- The IRB is centrally managed by the Institute of Regenerative and Cellular Medicine (IRCM).
- Participation is voluntary. Enrollment does not create an employment or agency relationship.
Obtain Patient Informed Consent
Before enrolling any patient in the observational registry, you must obtain written informed consent using the MMRN-approved consent template. A sample consent form is available for download below.
- The consent form covers: purpose of the registry, data collected, voluntary nature, withdrawal rights, and HIPAA authorization.
- Signed consent forms must be retained in the patient chart for a minimum of 7 years.
- De-identified data only is submitted to the registry — no patient-identifiable information is transmitted to Peptide Pure LLC.
Set Up Data Capture
Participating clinicians use the built-in PeptidePure™ Data Capture tools to record structured treatment and outcome data. Access is available in your account once practice enrollment is confirmed.
- Navigate to Data Capture in your account menu after logging in.
- Start with the SOAP Data Capture form to record clinical notes in a structured format.
- Data must be submitted within 14 days of each patient visit per MMRN-001-2025 protocol.
- Contact dr.elaine@peptidepure.com with any protocol or data capture questions.

Once your account is approved, you can browse wholesale inventory, add items to your cart, and check out. A $1,000 minimum order applies.
- All prices are displayed at clinician wholesale rates after login.
