Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• You received an incorrect item
• The product arrived damaged or defective
• Your order was incomplete or missing items

To Be Eligible for a Return

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Valid proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Due to the nature of our products, opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Shipping delays, carrier issues, or customs delays
• Final-sale or explicitly non-returnable items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you received an incorrect product due to our error, a verified replacement will be shipped at no additional cost after confirmation.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), a prepaid return label will be provided
• For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

• Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
• Attach photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
