Use Caution With
- Pancreatitis history (acute and chronic)
- Severe gastroparesis or delayed gastric emptying
- Diabetic retinopathy (rapid glycemic improvement may worsen)
- Suicidal ideation history (ongoing FDA monitoring of GLP-1 class)
- Gallbladder disease
- Titrate slowly to minimize GI side effects
